 CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 
LATINO AEROBICS - Start your week with this fun, motivating workout. Salsa, samba & shimmy your way into shape!
 
 EASE INTO FITNESS - A gentle class designed for complete beginners, incorporating aerobic exercise and body conditioning. If you think you are too unfit, old or overweight to exercise, then this is the class for you!
 
TOTALLY TONING - A body conditioning class to strengthen & toneboth the upper and lower body. Exercises can be adapted to suit all levels.
 
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS - A fatburning section followed by a series of exercises to concentrate on those problem areas! Alternatives will be given for everyone.
 
FITNESS HOOPING - A fun, fat burning workout to target the abdominal area. Large, weighted hoops will be used (which makes it much easier to keep up). Even if you have never been able to hoop before - come & have a go - you may surprise yourself! Please contact me beforehand if you wish to hire a hoop.
 
DANCE FITNESS  - Dance yourself fit with this fun class incorporating a variety of dance styles. From Street Dance to Salsa, Bollywood to Broadway and much much more! No dance experience necessary.
